The site is deliberately focused on practical coordination. Travel planning, medical logistics, cruise requests, and evidence-policy content can be referred to specialist sites when that gives the user a cleaner path.
Business sourcing support is limited to practical coordination: inquiry wording, supplier-contact structure, sample questions, trade-show or marketplace follow-up, and follow-up organization. Supplier due diligence, payment safety, customs, and product quality remain separate professional work.
What we do

What we do not do
- We do not provide emergency rescue, legal representation, medical diagnosis, immigration decisions, or insurance handling.
- We do not guarantee that a third party, supplier, platform, hotel, hospital, or public authority will accept an outcome.
- We do not certify suppliers, hold deposits, guarantee product quality, or replace due diligence before money moves.

China Helpdesk can point users to specialist desks and well-known third-party resources when that gives the case a clearer next step. Resource notes should show practical limits before a user relies on them.
